At Affordable Legal Associates, our role is to prepare legal documents for our client, at the direction of our client. We’re here to assist the “self-help” client, handling their own legal matter, while saving our clients money. We do not dispense legal advice or practice law. We do ensure that your documents are accurately prepared.
As Legal Document Preparation Associates we can perform the following self-help services for you in connection with a legal matter in which you are representing yourself.
- Affordable Legal Associates can type or otherwise complete, as you specifically direct, legal documents that you select.
- We can provide you general published factual information that was written or approved by an attorney to help you represent yourself.
- We can provide you published legal documents
- We can file and serve legal forms and documents as you specifically direct.
As legal document assistants, these are the only services Affordable Legal Services can provide. If you need additional services, you will need the services of an attorney. The benefit of working with Affordable Legal Associates is that we are located within the Law Offices of Tecla M. Lunak, APC.
