Affordable Legal Associates provides document preparation services to request or modify child support. Child support can be modified if there has been a significant change in circumstances since the original order was issued.
We assist with providing the forms needed and filing documents to obtain a court date. Affordable Legal Associates cannot assist if the Department of Child Support Services is involved in your case. Please call the office for further assistance.

Income Withholding Order For Support
Affordable Legal Associates can assist in the preparation, filing and service of Income Withholding Orders for Spousal Support and Child Support. If you need assistance in obtaining or modifying child support or spousal support, our team can assist with that as well.
